I believe that the units that I have already taken have taught me a better understanding of sentence structure. It is an easy way to learn, and I believe it teaches a person much faster than if he was in a regular class. The boxes give examples of the correct method, and then repeat them until you learn them. At first, it seemed to be an elementary course, going over unimportant things. But I’ve learned that the simple things lead into bigger, more important ones. I prefer learning things on my own rather than to have a teacher talk for hours and say nothing. In the self-teaching method you know right away if you are wrong or right, you don’t have to wait weeks for a teacher to grade the paper. I am glad that I’ve had a chance to better myself on my own.
